This isn't about passive waiting — it's about actively trusting God during difficult seasons, knowing He will renew our energy and lift us above our struggles.

Hold onto God's promise: 'Fear thou not; for I am with thee' — and pray for strength to keep going — When life falls apart, God doesn't say 'Good luck!' He says 'Fear not — I've got you.' Isaiah 41:10 contains three escalating promises: I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you. Each one goes deeper. The hymn 'How Firm a Foundation' was inspired by this very verse, reminding us that God's promises are the bedrock under our feet when everything else shakes.
